SB 891 -- TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

SPONSOR:  Kenney (Rizzo)

COMMITTEE ACTION:  Voted "do pass by consent" by the Committee on
Transportation by a vote of 19 to 0.

This bill corrects a technical error created in HB 202 from the
2001 legislative session regarding ownership requirements for
members of a transportation development district.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds.

PROPONENTS:  Supporters say the bill corrects a technical error
made in a bill passed in the 2001 session.

Testifying for the bill was Senator Kenney.

OPPONENTS:  There was no opposition voiced to the committee.
